For the moment the eBook is only available on Amazon for the Kindle or Kindle app and the audiobook is expected early next year. For hardback and paperback, check the list below. Hi and sorry to bother, sharing the same surname, in fact Gerald is my first name but go by Kevin. My family come from Wexford and as you know not a common surname. Did you ever hear it was a name given to various members of the Ford family by a wealthy landlord.
